Shaft that was ordered never arrived!

The shaft I ordered never arrived! Instead, I received a package that was about 12" long and had a flower decal inside. I am unsure if USPS caused the damage and just delivered a flower decal? GD&S is sending another shaft, which is nice, however they are impossible to speak with via phone. All email communication and takes a long time for them to get back to my issue. Hopefully the second shaft they sent will be what I ordered. I asked them to Next Day Air and not use USPS but they sent it USPS again anyway.
