Helpful Customer Service - USPS unexpected difficulties

This shaft went missing after dropped off at USPS. I reached out and heard back, the company was kind enough to offer me a refund for the purchase as it was last scanned at the drop off USPS Location around a week ago with no movement since. I'd like to think a postal worker is ripping driver and not that it's damaged somewhere to never be found. Regardless the customer service was really helpful and I placed another order today.
