Never sent or delivered clubs and shaft

Prob of the worse buying experiences if ever had on the internet. Spent 284 dollars on a set of irons for my daughter. Waited 10 days never showed, then tried to call them, no phone. Nobody to talk to. Had to leave email on contact, took 4 days to reply, that they had been delivered. Nope order 4120 has never been delivered. So I filled complaint with PayPal. Then they sent a feedback review form , what the hell. I want my money back. Or the clubs and shaft I bought
